Ian Horn was born on May 21, 1988 to Ernest and Donna Horn in Poughkeepsie, NY.

He grew up in the Hudson River Valley and attended the Art Institute of Mill St Loft and the New York Summer School of the Art until his enrollment at Columbus College of Art and Design in 2006.

He attended his first residency program in the Spring of 2009 in New York City.

At the New York Studio Program Ian expanded his critical knowledge and studio practice which culminated in a two floor installation the following Spring in Columbus Ohio.

Ian currently resides in Columbus, Ohio where he is completing his undergraduate degree in Fine Arts and is anticipated to graduate this May (2010).
